The documents and resources on our site are posted in many formats, and we strive to make them accessible to people who use screen reading software and to those with other vision or mobility impairments. Generally, we use Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) to create pages and documents that are accessible to that segment of our user base. In creating HTML pages, we follow Section 508 standards.

Documents in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) and Microsoft Office formats predominantly provide WorkforceGPS content. Most PDF files will be accessible through assistive technology such as screen readers and some legacy files or embedded applications may not be accessible.

Our virtual events are hosted with text captioning and chat functionality. A recording and transcript are posted within five business days after the event.
