In this webinar for the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) Program, states will present their experiences with “Lean” strategies for case management. These best practices focus on TAA case management but can be leveraged for other workforce programs. Presenters will include staff from Arizona who have operationalized the results of their “Lean” analysis and from Rhode Island who are in the process of implementing solutions.
