This webinar will show YouthBuild grantees how to create a solid follow-up plan that is based on participants' and partners' needs beginning with placement and continuing through all four quarters of follow-up.

The webinar presenters will review the basics of placement planning to match participants and partners for career pathway success and walk grantees through a simple and easily implementable follow-up scaffold planning tool. Grantees will have the opportunity to share challenges and successes of follow-up with peers, DOL national and regional office staff, and members of the DOL YouthBuild Coaching team.
Grantees will leave the webinar with a follow-up tool they can begin using immediately and which can serve as a program progress map for successfully working with participants and partners.
