State Evaluation Peer Learning Cohort (EvalPLC) participants have the opportunity to share their states’ development of an evaluation culture. A state team provides insights into their experience in building an evaluation culture. A national expert shares how federal programs are increasingly focused on evidence-based policymaking. The session closes with expectations for state presentations at the fifth and final EvalPLC session and completion of state capstone projects.
