This Reentry Employment Opportunities (REO) program training explains how to do basic case management functions in Grantee Performance Management System (GPMS), such as participant intake and enrollment, and how to document individual development plans, assessments, trainings and other services. General navigation within GPMS is reviewed, and participant program status as "active" and "exited" are explored.
