Please join us for the first in a series of performance reporting orientation webinars customized for NE grantees. This webinar will introduce NE grantees to the world of DOL/ETA grant reporting and provide the essential tools and up-to-date guidance needed to understand the responsibilities of collecting, tracking, and documenting the participant and program information necessary to meet the reporting requirements. This Performance Reporting Orientation 101 webinar will cover the following topics:
- An overview of DOL grant reporting requirements
- Interim reporting guidance including the performance reporting requirements for the quarter ending September 30, 2023
- An introduction to the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS), the reporting system used by grantees to provide grant information to DOL
- A description of what qualitative information grantees must report each quarter in the Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR)
- A summary of the key data points grantees must start to collect and track from participants immediately upon beginning to serve them
- Tips for how to establish policies and procedures for data collection and management, and embed them into your overall program design to set up your program for performance reporting success
