The presentation informs the grantees that a grant modification is a formal change to the award package of the grantee. Grant modifications are completed in accordance with Uniform Guidance 2 CFR 200.308, the funding announcement and the terms and conditions of the grant agreement. Modifications require the grant officer’s approval.
