This is the second of three webinars in our DOL Building Pathways Performance Reporting Orientation series. Grantees will learn about the policy and technical details of reporting participant data accurately in the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) to generate the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) and the aggregation rules used to inform the QPR. Grantees will also have an opportunity to ask performance policy and technical questions during the webinar.

Part 2 will:
- Provide guidance on how to report training and employment outcomes using the H-1B Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) data elements;
- Review the Building Pathways performance outcomes and how they are related to the H-1B QPR and the data elements that are reported;
- Provide an overview of the updated Joint Quarterly Narrative Report; and
- Review the performance reporting guidance for the quarter ending March 31, 2024.
