Please join us for the final Performance Reporting Orientation event for your grant. This series of events provides reporting policy guidance that is customized for Nursing Expansion and Building Pathways for Infrastructure Jobs grantees. Performance Reporting Orientation 301 will introduce the technical details of using the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS) to submit a data file and provide advanced guidance on submitting the Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR).

The purpose of this webinar is to:

  • Refresh grantees about the format and structure of a participant data file.
  • Demonstrate how to generate the file format that is acceptable to the Workforce Integrated Performance System (WIPS). Specifically, demonstrate how to generate a comma-separated values “CSV” data file.
  • Walk through how to upload a data file into WIPS and generate a Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) form.
  • Describe and explain the edit check process in WIPS and how to resolve WIPS validation errors in your data file.
  • Provide tips for successful data file submission.
  • Provide advanced guidance on how to write a successful, high-quality Quarterly Narrative Report (QNR).
