This webinar provides the Building Pathways to Infrastructure Jobs grantees an overview of the 2025 H-1B Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) that will become effective the quarter ending December 31, 2025. All Round 1 and Round 2 Building Pathways grantees should plan to join, including all program directors and staff involved with grant performance reporting.

This webinar is for Building Pathway grantees to review the 2025 H-1B Participant Individual Record Layout (PIRL) that will become effective the quarter ending December 31, 2025.

  1. Round 1 grantees will need to update their current reporting systems to the requirements for the 2025 PIRL.
    • This presentation will highlight the changes to the current layout.
  2. Round 2 grantees will need to start using the 2025 PIRL for participant reporting.
    • This this presentation will offer a chance to review the specific requirements of the 2025 H-1B PIRL in detail.

The webinar will highlight significant changes to the PIRL including:

  • Data elements that have been removed from the current PIRL (23).
  • Data elements that have been added to the 2025 PIRL (3).
  • Revisions to existing data elements.
  • Changes to participant outcomes, including who is included in “entered employment” and “incumbent workers who advance” outcomes.
  • Changes to the layout of the Quarterly Performance Report.
