An overview of the Refugee Support Services program within the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement's (ORR) to help refugees access employment and address barriers to employment.

ORR’s Refugee Support Services funding helps refugees and other ORR populations gain economic independence by helping them find and maintain employment, preferably within a year of being enrolled in the program. The Support Services program focuses on employability assessment, training and job development, vocational training and skills recertification, job placement, and job maintenance.
