Short-Time Compensation: State Promising Practices

This event featured three states who discussed their Short-Time Compensation (STC) program’s promising practices. STC is a program available for all states, though only offered in certain states, as an alternative to layoffs for employers experiencing a reduction in available work.
In this recording, state presenters share key components of their STC programs including, but not limited to, operational processes, outreach strategies, partnerships, and primary sectors involved with the program.
