For Session 3, we will focus on implementing solutions, measuring success, sustainability, and continuous improvement of sector strategies leveraging the updated Framework. We will begin by discussing the creation of a coordinated implementation plan then delve into implementing and tracking solutions, establishing regular feedback loops, and scaling planning and activities. For each activity, we will discuss definitions, common challenges, and make connections to the key elements and core components within the Framework. The session will close with a facilitated panel discussion with local workforce development board intermediaries driving successful regional sector partnership efforts, discussing some of the obstacles they have faced, and their strategies to overcome those challenges.
